Chartwells, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee catering and service operations on a part-time basis (25 hours per week, 43.8 weeks per year) and deliver exceptional food and customer service.
You will lead kitchen and service teams, monitor KPIs with your line manager, ensure Health & Safety compliance, and represent the brand while coaching staff to excel in their roles.
