22:30 – 06:30 Working Pattern: 5 nights out of 7 Pay: £13.50 per hour About the Role Responsive Personnel are looking for a reliable and professional Hotel Night Porter to join our clients team. You will be responsible for ensuring the hotel operates smoothly throughout the night, providing excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests. This is a temp role and experience is key!

Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests arriving or departing during the night Provide friendly and professional customer service Respond to guest enquiries and requests Carry out regular security and safety checks throughout the hotel Monitor the premises and report any issues or incidents Answer telephone calls and take messages when required Keep reception and public areas clean and tidy Assist with general overnight hotel duties Complete any required paperwork, reports or handover notes Prepare the hotel for the morning team Follow all health, safety and security procedures About You The ideal candidate will be:
Reliable, punctual and trustworthy Comfortable working independently during night hours Friendly and approachable Professional and well presented Calm under pressure with good attention to detail Confident communicating with guests and colleagues Flexible and willing to assist with a variety of tasks Previous hotel or night-working experience is needed.
