Key Responsibilities Guest Service & Experience

• Welcome spa guests warmly and professionally, creating a relaxing and inviting first impression.
• Answer guest inquiries regarding spa services, treatments, facilities, and packages with confidence and product knowledge.
• Assist guests with spa check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly to ensure a positive and memorable spa experience.

• Book, confirm, and manage spa appointments using the spa scheduling system.
• Coordinate therapist schedules to ensure optimal use of treatment rooms and resources.
• Process payments, retail purchases, and gift certificates in accordance with spa procedures.
• Maintain accurate guest records, appointment details, and daily reports.

• Prepare treatment rooms and supplies, including towels, linens, amenities, and products as needed.
• Ensure reception, treatment, and relaxation areas are clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
• Support spa therapists and the Spa Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Monitor inventory levels of retail items and spa supplies, reporting needs to management.

• Follow all spa policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Adhere to hygiene, health, and safety regulations within the spa environment.
• Work collaboratively with spa therapists, attendants, and other hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Participate in ongoing training related to spa services, systems, and guest service excellence.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, reception, or administrative role; spa or luxury hospitality experience is an asset.
• Experience handling reservations, scheduling, or point-of-sale systems is preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional training in hospitality, wellness, or customer service is an asset.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Comfortable using computer systems for scheduling, payments, and reporting.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
