Must be available to work on evenings and weekends.

• Greeting guests and checking them in using our reservations system.
• Dealing with basic trouble shooting on the games and helping guests make the mostof their time with us.
• Helpingdeal with pre booking and party enquiries.
• Preparingalcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for guests in an efficient and timely fashion.
• Assessingguest’s needs and preferences and making recommendations using excellent product knowledge
• Makinguseful upsell recommendations where applicable
• Keepthe bar and floor presentable and clean to the highest standard
• Operate Challenge 25 policy to ensure safe service of alcohol
• Restockand replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stayguest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Pouringstandards are to be adhered to always and regular pour tests completed
• Always maintain a clean and tidy bar top and back bar
• Take responsibility for tasks assigned by management and communicate any issuesto supervisors/managers

• In-depth understanding of all products and cocktails and how to prepare them
• Knowledge of licensing objectives and Challenge 25
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Punctualand reliable
• Abilityto work well within the team to achieve brand and sales objectives
• Abilityto follow instructions efficiently and quickly
• Adhereto Boxpark’s uniform policy and basic hygiene standard
