Our Housekeepers play an important role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. You’ll help ensure our bedrooms are beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and ready to welcome guests time and time again.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms to our high standards.

• Ensuring rooms are fresh, tidy and ready for arriving guests.

• Helping our guests feel welcome, comfortable and well cared for.

• Maintaining high standards of quality, even during busy periods.

• Taking on new challenges and embracing additional responsibilities.

• Taking part in ongoing training and development.

• Learning new skills and working alongside other teams when needed.

We’ll provide the training and support you need to build your confidence, develop your skills and make a real difference to our guests’ experiences.
