Maintenance Electrician
Southampton | Static Site
We’re recruiting a Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established on-site team on a secure, high-profile contract in Southampton. This is a static role offering stability, structure, and excellent work–life balance.
The role
* Maintenance Electrician position within a team of 5–6 engineers
* Monday to Friday with split shifts: 6am–2pm / 10am–6pm
* Static site, no travelling between locations
* Call-out rota 1 in 4/5 (standby £95 per week)
What’s on offer
* £42,000 – £44,000 salary
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
* Long-term, secure contract
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician
* Strong multi-skilled background with electrical bias
* Ability to pass BPSS clearance
* Experience in critical or regulated environments advantageous
