Overview
We re recruiting a Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established on-site team on a secure, high-profile contract in Southampton. This is a static role offering stability, structure, and excellent work-life balance.
The role- Maintenance Electrician position within a team of 5-6 engineers
- Monday to Friday with split shifts: 6am-2pm / 10am-6pm
- Static site, no travelling between locations
- Call-out rota 1 in 4/5 (standby £95 per week)
- £42,000 - £44,000 salary
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Long-term, secure contract
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician
- Strong multi-skilled background with electrical bias
- Ability to pass BPSS clearance
- Experience in critical or regulated environments advantageous

Southampton (SO15 area)
