Roofer - Southampton/Bournemouth/Andover
Competitive hourly rates available for Social Housing. On-going work.
We're recruiting experienced Roofers to join a well-established social housing contractor working on a day to day contract.
Responsibilities- Carry out a variety of roofing repairs and maintenance works in occupied and void properties as part of a dedicated reactive maintenance team.
- Repairs to pitched and flat roofs.
- Tiling and slating repairs.
- Felt, GRP, and lead work.
- Guttering, fascia, and soffit repairs.
- Identifying and repairing roof leaks.
- General roofing maintenance.
Competitive hourly rate – paid weekly
Monday – Friday
Temp to perm opportunity
Van, fuel card, uniform provided.
Face to face interviews.
Requirements- Appropriate roofing experience either qualified via certificate or time served.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Solid experience in social housing or domestic environments.
