This is a full-time, site-based role. You will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance, inspections, testing, and fault-finding works within communal and residential properties. The role includes supporting emergency lighting, fire alarm systems, and associated services, ensuring all works are completed in line with current regulations and British Standards.

You will work both independently and as part of a close-knit team, liaising professionally with clients and property managers on site.

• Electrical maintenance, testing, and fault finding
• Emergency lighting inspections and remedial works
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive call-outs
• Completing certification and reports using tablet-based software
• Ensuring compliance with BS 7671 and relevant legislation
• Maintaining safe, clean, and organised working environments
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Experience in communal or residential electrical work
• Full UK driving licence
• Testing and inspection qualification

This role is key to ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant, and fully operational across residential and commercial sectors.
