  Competency:
  
  Competent to complete a wide variety of carpentry, plumbing, and other trade tasks at a multiskilled level. Tasks include plumbing, carpentry, and masonry both internally and externally to properties and communal areas.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work adheres to building regulations
  , codes of practice, or best practice. Ensure all works comply with relevant
• health and safety legislation, policies, and procedures
  , including the understanding of risk assessments and method statements.

  Qualifications:
  
  Minimum NVQ level 2, or time-served experience in either carpentry, masonry, and/or plumbing with proven competency in non-core trade

• Experience: Demonstrable experience with a variety of carpentry and plumbing works across a variety of properties.
• Driving Licence:
  Full Driving licence (clean).
