Priorities- Must have CISRS advanced with SSSTS or CISRS supervisor OR SMSTS
- Work on site on the tools
- Willing to travel to Fordingbridge SP6 or Deepcut GU16
- Proven supervisory skills, with the ability to manage and lead scaffolders effectively
- Expertise in scaffolding operations, including erection, inspection, and maintenance
- Knowledge and experience working with fall protection systems and practices
- Proficiency in dismantling scaffolding structures safely and efficiently
- Ability and certification for working at height
- Understanding of safety protocols, including compliance with TG20:21 and SG4:22 standards
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in managing scaffolding operations for residential, commercial, or industrial projects is a plus
