Access & Safety Engineer

Fall Protection Engineer / Access & Safety Operative

Location: Field Based – Nationwide

£4,000 Sign-On Bonus

Hands‑on, site‑based work where no two days are the same.

You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of height safety systems, including:

• Fall arrest and life safety lines
• Eyebolts (fall restraint and abseil)
• Gantries and walkways
• Guardrails
• Fixed and portable ladders
• General lifting equipment

In addition, you will:

• Ensure all work meets British Standards and strict compliance requirements
• Identify and report any remedial or additional works
• Work across different sites nationwide, with occasional stays away
• Support other divisions when required

• Experience working at height or within access / safety systems
• Confidence using tools and working in a hands‑on environment
• Good understanding of health & safety standards
• Full UK driving licence

• £4,000 sign‑on bonus (subject to criteria)
