Labourer, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Building Maintenance

We're currently recruiting for a Labourer to join our Property Team in our Southampton locality, you'll be completing works inside and outside of our properties and communities so you'll need a passion to work outdoors whatever the weather!

You'll carry out labouring duties to SNG's properties as part of the Property Repairs Team, working as part of a small team.

Tasks Include Providing quality basic repair and maintenance works

All aspects of internal and external cleaning including guttering2nd Person support, foot of ladder, lifting and carrying etc Deliver and collect various materials

Damp and mould washing

Essential Skills/Experience You'll have demonstrable experience in labouring skills.

Have a strong health and safety mindset with knowledge of health & safety best practices.

Enjoy working as part of a team.

This is a full time role, working 40 Hours per week.

Due to the nature of this role, candidates must hold a full and current driving licence with a minimum of 1 year driving experience and have the ability to drive a company van.

This role is subject to a satisfactory licence check and essential qualifications check.
