About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Level 3 Vehicle Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and ensuring vehicles are prepared, inspected and completed to the highest standards before handover.

Working as part of a fast-paced and supportive workshop team, you will carry out pre-delivery inspections, vehicle preparation, diagnostics, quality checks and minor repairs across a range of vehicles. The role would suit someone with strong attention to detail, good technical knowledge and a commitment to getting the job right first time.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out pre-delivery inspections on new and used vehicles in line with company and manufacturer standards.
Complete vehicle preparation work, safety checks and quality inspections before vehicles are released.
Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults where required.
Carry out servicing, minor repairs, software updates and accessory fitment as needed.
Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently and to a high standard.
Maintain accurate job cards, inspection records and workshop documentation.
Work safely and comply with all health and safety procedures.
Keep the workshop clean, organised and professional at all times.

About You

Qualified to Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, PDI Technician, Prep Technician or Service Technician.
Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Strong mechanical knowledge and confidence working on a variety of vehicles.
High attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
Ability to work well as part of a team in a busy vehicle preparation environment.
Full UK driving licence preferred
MOT tester status would be an advantage but is not essential.
