Equation Recruitment is seeking an experienced Working Foreman for a 4-week classroom refurbishment project in Southampton starting 31 July 2026. This hands-on role requires a strong carpentry background to lead on-site operations while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
Candidates must hold SMSTS or SSSTS, a valid First Aid certificate, Enhanced DBS, and CSCS card, with proven prior experience as a Working Foreman on similar projects.
