Working across occupied and void social housing properties, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to tenants and housing providers.

Typical duties will include:

Carpentry repairs
Basic plumbing
Tiling and patch plastering
Hanging doors and fitting kitchens
Minor decorating works
General property maintenance
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

What we're looking for:

Previous experience as a Multi Trader within social housing, repairs or maintenance
Competent across a range of trades, particularly carpentry
Full UK driving licence
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectivelyAction
