Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer

Location: Hedge End

An Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer position is available with my client who are well established and respected in the service, maintenance, and installation of all types of air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation equipment. Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer role:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance, service and installation of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment

• Diagnosing and repairing faults on all types of air conditioning and refrigeration systems

• Dealing with emergency call outs on a standby rota basis (1 in
6)

• Maintaining good customer relationships with good communication skills

• Based in Southampton and mainly operating within Hampshire and the surrounding areas (no London work).

• Basic 40 hr week (core hours 08.30 – 17.00) plus overtime available at time and half and double time on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer requirements:

• Fully qualified in City and Guilds Level 2 Air Conditioning and Refrigeration/NVQ equivalent with minimum three; preferably five years’ work experience within the field

• FGas certified

• PASMA trained (preferable)

• Full driving licence

• Regular enhanced DBS checks funded by the business
Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer package:
Salary base of up to £45k + overtime
