We are recruiting for a Panel Beater on behalf of our client, a reputable accident repair centre located in Daventry, Northamptonshire. Carry out high-quality vehicle repairs in line with manufacturer standards Complete body and panel repairs, including alignment and structural work Repair or replace damaged panels using approved methods Strip and refit mechanical, electrical, and trim components as required Perform wheel alignment checks and adjustments Collaborate with estimators, damage assessors, and the production team for efficient workflow Ensure repairs are completed to the highest quality and safety standards Requirements of a Panel Beater:
Previous experience as a Panel Beater or MET Technician with panel repair experience in an accident repair environment IMI/ATA qualifications are advantageous but not essential for experienced individualates Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team Able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment Experience working on electric vehicles is beneficial but not essential Full UK driving licence preferred This Panel Beater vacancy offers a structured working environment with excellent benefits and opportunities for career growth.
