Benefits of this HGV Technician role include:- Competitive basic salary up to £49,000, dependant on experience and skillset
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) approximately £50,000, with paid overtime and occasional Saturday work at half pay
- Mon – Fri 08:00 – 17:00, with paid lunch and coffee breaks, plus team-cooked lunches fostering a collaborative atmosphere

- Modern, well-equipped workshop featuring pits, lifts, and a rolling road

- Repair and maintain a fleet of approximately 20 trucks, mainly Renault models
- Diagnose faults on heavy goods vehicles and trailers, focusing on repair rather than part replacement
- Conduct routine servicing, maintenance, and fault rectification to ensure fleet reliability
- Support fleet cover on occasional Saturday mornings
- Maintain shared tools and equipment in a collaborative workshop setting
- Utilise modern workshop facilities including pits, lifts, and diagnostic equipment
- Ideally fully qualified with a Class 1 licence; newly qualified or developing professionals with the right attitude are encouraged to apply
- Experience working with heavy goods vehicles and trailers
- Knowledge of diagnostic procedures and repair techniques
- Full UK driving licence, with Class 1 preferred
- Positive attitude, loyal, and a team player
- IRTEC certification and VOSA Etech training advantageous but not mandatory
- Time-served technicians are encouraged to apply; NVQ Level 3 is desirable but not essential
- Own tools preferred; communal tools provided and maintained by the team
