Knight wood Associates is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman for an immediate start on a large RC frame residential development in Berkshire. The role focuses on overseeing finishing works, snagging and coordinating subcontractors to maintain high quality standards.
Contract:
4 weeks, daily CIS rate of 230–250, CIS payment, immediate start. Candidates must have prior Finishing Foreman experience with a major residential developer and hold a valid CSCS card (SMSTS and First Aid beneficial).
