Duties Air Conditioning Improver Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning units following technical schematics and safety standards Support senior technicians in troubleshooting equipment issues and performing repairs to ensure optimal performance Read and interpret mechanical schematics to accurately assemble or modify HVAC components Conduct routine inspections of air conditioning systems to identify issues and recommend solutions Contribute to the assembly of HVAC systems on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project specifications Help maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe, organized manner Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Experience Air Conditioning Improver Basic mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems or construction equipment preferred Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, or blueprints is advantageous Prior experience in equipment repair or maintenance roles is a plus Demonstrated leadership skills or experience supervising small teams is desirable Construction experience or working on building sites will be highly valued Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in troubleshooting issues Willingness to learn new skills and grow within a fast-paced environment
