We are currently seeking experienced Shuttering Carpenters to join our team in Southampton. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in shuttering and formwork carpentry, with a proven track record of working on large-scale RC frame projects. You must have good experience in carpentry and core work.

• Shuttering and Formwork:
  Construct and dismantle shuttering and formwork for concrete structures, ensuring precision and compliance with project specifications.
• Reading Drawings:
  Interpret and work from technical drawings, ensuring that all measurements and alignments are accurate.
• Material Handling:
  Select and prepare the appropriate materials for shuttering and formwork, ensuring they are ready for concrete pouring.
• Quality Assurance:
  Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards, making adjustments as necessary to achieve the best results.
• Health and Safety:
  Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

• Valid CSCS Card.
• Proof of right to work in the UK.
• Be physically fit for duties around a construction site.
• Be reliable and punctual.
• Hard working.
• Respectful.
• A good team player.
• Previous experience as a Formwork Carpenter.

• NVQ Carpenter.
• Formwork Carpentry: 2 years (Preferred).
• Able to operate in a flexible and adaptable manner and work as part of a team.
• Open to attending training programmes to increase individual skills and knowledge.
