• Support kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes.

• Work collaboratively with site teams to deliver jobs on time and to a high standard.
• Follow health and safety procedures and complete risk assessments on all works.

You are a skilled tradesperson with strong plumbing experience and the ability to carry out a range of supporting multi-trade tasks. You take pride in delivering quality workmanship across occupied and void properties.

• Multi-Trade Operative (Plumbing Focus) with strong domestic plumbing experience.
• NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds qualification in Plumbing (or equivalent experience).

• Ability to carry out supporting multi-trade tasks, including basic carpentry, tiling, plastering and decorating.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Salary of up to £45,240, depending on experience.
• Opportunity to earn enhanced pay through price work arrangements from time to time.
• Company van and fuel card for work purposes.
• 23 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays.
• Up to £2,000 colleague referral fee.
• Long-service awards at key milestones.
• Perkbox discounts on coffee, cinema, travel and wellbeing.
• One paid volunteer day each year.
• Ongoing training, support and progression, with opportunities to progress internally at Axis CLC.

Many faces, One Axis CLC. We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity across all teams. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and will make adjustments where needed.
