In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative processes. Your key responsibilities will include managing office staff, maintaining office supplies and equipment, coordinating schedules and appointments, and serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
You will also implement policies and procedures to enhance productivity and improve workflows.
As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clinical teams and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care. You will be involved in budgeting and financial management, handling billing and invoicing, and conducting performance evaluations for administrative staff.
