Our client, a large mechanical and plumbing contractor, is seeking an HVAC Project Manager for full-time employment with strong benefits and growth opportunities.
You will manage schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and vendor relations on big commercial projects ranging from 50k to 30M+. Local candidate with degree and 5+ years of experience is required. Proficiency with Blue Beam, MS Project, Microsoft Office, and Quick Pen/Accubid is preferred.
