Customer Service Representative

Hino Trucks is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our nationwide dealer network from our Parts Distribution Center (PDC) in Southaven, Mississippi.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for dealerships by assisting with parts identification, order management, shipment tracking, and customer support. • Serve as the primary point of contact for Hino dealers regarding parts orders, availability, and related inquiries
• Respond to customer requests professionally and efficiently via phone and email
• Research and resolve dealer concerns related to parts orders, shipments, and product information
• Provide guidance on parts identification and parts catalog navigation

• Process and manage dealer parts orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist with order sourcing and expediting critical customer orders
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to dealers
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies when they arise

• Track and trace parts shipments as needed
• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
• Help identify and resolve shipping-related issues to minimize customer impact

• Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation
• Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support dealer and customer success
• Provide support to field sales, service, and parts personnel when needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer service, call center, logistics, distribution, automotive, or related experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business systems

• Experience in the commercial vehicle, automotive, heavy-duty truck, or parts distribution industry
• Familiarity with parts catalogs, inventory management, or order processing systems
• Experience supporting dealer networks or business-to-business customers
