Urban Air Adventure Park in Southaven, MS, is looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team. Our Team Members help create a fun, safe, and memorable experience for every guest who visits the park. Position Summary
Team Members assist with daily park operations, including guest services, attraction monitoring, cleaning, and helping ensure a safe and exciting environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
• Monitor attractions to ensure safety rules are followed
• Assist guests with questions and provide directions around the park
• Maintain the cleanliness of attractions, seating areas, and common spaces
• Work with team members and management to ensure smooth park operations
• Follow all Urban Air safety procedures and company policies

Age Requirements
We hire Team Members starting at 14 years old in accordance with Mississippi child labor laws
.

For applicants ages 14–15
:

• Work hours are limited by Mississippi state labor laws during the school year and summer months.
• Because of these limitations,
  most available shifts will be on weekends
  .
• Additional restrictions may apply regarding late evening hours and total hours worked per week.

Applicants 16 years and older may have more flexible scheduling opportunities, including weekday night shifts.

• Applicants must have a State-Issued or Driver's License
• Applicants must have a Birth Certificate or Social Security Card

Schedule

• Weekend availability is strongly preferred
• Flexible scheduling based on availability and park needs

Hours of Operation (School in Session)

• Monday - Thursday 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Friday 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Saturday 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM
• Sunday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
