  Day (7a–7p), Swing (Noon–Midnight, varies by patient volume), Night (7p–7a)

  Fully equipped hospital environment

  Multiple inpatient and surgical specialties
• Reason for Coverage:
  Supplemental coverage

• Board: BE/BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• DEA:
  Active DEA with MS address and Schedules II–V
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in Hospital Medicine
• Other
  
  Qualifications:
  
  Completion of accredited residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine; documentation of case logs and CME for past 2 years; current flu and COVID immunizations

• Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance:

• Provide inpatient hospitalist coverage within established scheduling model
• Manage admissions, rounding, and ongoing inpatient care
• Respond to codes and Rapid Response Team activations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and specialty services
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within Epic EMR
