Training Delivery Specialist (Hybrid)

$70K - $80K + bonus + benefits

We are seeking an experienced Training Delivery Specialist to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for marketing operations teams. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Learning & Development, instructional design, marketing automation, and project management who enjoys enabling teams through impactful learning experiences.

• Design and develop comprehensive training curricula for marketing operations and campaign management teams.
• Create engaging learning content including presentations, facilitator guides, e-learning modules, job aids, and interactive exercises.
• Continuously update training materials to reflect evolving business processes, tools, and best practices.

• Deliver instructor-led training, virtual sessions, workshops, webinars, and self-paced learning programs.
• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning technologies to administer training and monitor learner progress.

• Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and performance gaps.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with operational goals.

• 4-5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Management, Marketing Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Marketing Automation and Email Marketing platforms such as Marketo, Hub Spot, Mailchimp, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar solutions.

• Experience with multiple email marketing or marketing automation platforms.
