PositionCivil Project Manager:
This position will be based in our DeSoto County (MS) Office in Southaven. As a Civil Project Manager, you will lead and manage municipal, water/wastewater, or site civil engineering projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support other departments as project and client needs evolve. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives in a leadership role and enjoys mentoring junior engineers.

Minimum Requirements- Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer in Mississippi or the ability to obtain within 6 to 12 months, preferred
- 10+ years of experience with technical work and project management in the field of Water/Wastewater, Municipal or Site Civil
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to plan and conceptualize
- The ability to produce technical reports and memorandums that are clear, concise, and accurate
- The ability to communicate effectively during day-to-day interactions with teaming partners, colleagues, and clients
- Experience with AutoCAD (and/or Civil 3D), and ArcGIS is advantageous
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
