We are seeking a customer-focused Bank Teller to provide exceptional service while assisting members with a variety of financial products and services. This role involves handling cash transactions, supporting account services, resolving member inquiries, and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide excellent customer service to members and prospective members.
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with checking, savings, IRA, trust, and estate accounts.
• Support lending products, credit cards, debit cards, and other financial services.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies and member concerns.
• Maintain compliance with banking policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to educate members on available products and services.
• Contribute to a positive team-oriented environment.

• Previous customer-facing experience in retail, banking, hospitality, or service industries.
• Cash handling experience with strong attention to detail.
• Administrative and data entry experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Banking or financial services experience.
• Sales or cross-selling experience.
• Account management experience.

• Monday-Friday: 8:15 AM - 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM
• Flexibility required.
• One weekday off when scheduled to work Saturday.

This is a Contract position based out of Southaven, MS.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
