As an Account Manager, you’ll get to:
  • Actively engage in public speaking opportunities and community events to promote blood donation and recruit new volunteer blood drive partners.
  • Build strong relationships with volunteer blood drive coordinators at schools, businesses, religious organizations, and other community groups.
  • Coach and motivate coordinators to increase donor turnout, especially among first‑time donors, and to establish or strengthen blood drive committees.
  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet individual and territory‑based collection goals.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure accurate projections and optimal appointment scheduling for successful drives.
  • Identify and secure new blood drive opportunities in your territory and support national partner engagement when applicable.
  • Maintain accurate drive information using established systems and processes.

At Vitalant, you are more than a team member—you are a connector, a motivator, and a lifesaver.
