Responsibilities
Manage all phases of litigation from initiation to disposition, including drafting pleadings, discovery, pre-trial motions, and trial preparation.Represent the company in all courtroom proceedings, mediation sessions, and arbitration hearings.Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and to stay updated with the latest legal trends and regulations.Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop the best legal strategy for each case.Negotiate settlements in the best interest of the company, considering all legal and business implications.Provide legal advice and guidance on potential litigation risks, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with clear and concise communication throughout the litigation process.Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Must have a valid license to practice law.A minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation attorney, preferably in the corporate sector.Extensive experience in courtroom proceedings, mediation, and arbitration.Proficiency in conducting thorough legal research.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Interested in hearing more?
