Transform the everyday with us
This position involves assisting in the planning, scheduling, and tracking of material movement throughout the production cycle. It includes determining material needs, providing clerical support for purchasing and materials management (data entry, filing, coordinating paperwork), and responding to inquiries about packing lists and shipping instructions. The role also involves maintaining records related to material shipments and receipts, inputting data into relevant systems, preparing reports, and participating in regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies.
We are looking for an Inventory Coordinator. You must be available to work 2 nd Shift (3:00pm – 11:30pm). This position will be based at our Memphis Distribution Center located in Southaven, MS.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide support to floor personnel regarding RF and Replenishment issues
- Serve as main point of contact with Customer Service (including answering phones, emails, etc.)
- Managing overall work flow of the team. Providing assistance to cycle counters, replenishment, or any other teams when needed
- Managing Customer Service communication tools such as Sie Sales, Philos, etc.
- Responsible for BOL and Shipping doc filings
- Responsible for executing all desktop adjustments on behalf of department in order to support inventory accuracy
- Responsible for managing check in/out process for equipment daily
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Minimum 1-2 years of successful experience in a large distribution facility
- Ability to lift at least 40lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to work in a non-climatized warehouse environment
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of order management and selection
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree and/or equivalent experience
- Lean certification, specifically Kaizen or 5S certifications

The pay range for this position is $34,986 - $59,976 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
