What You’ll DoAs a Selling Area Sales Director, you will serve as both a strategic leader and active contributor responsible for driving market growth and developing high-performing teams.
Sales Leadership & Market Growth- Own and manage a designated referral territory while maintaining strategic referral relationships
- Develop and execute market‑specific growth plans aligned with organizational goals
- Analyze market trends, referral patterns, competitive insights, and growth opportunities
- Drive admissions growth through disciplined execution and accountability
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Lead and coach up to three direct reports, each expected to drive sustained incremental admissions growth
- Conduct regular field coaching, one‑on‑one development sessions, and performance management
- Create a culture centered around ownership, execution, recognition, and continuous improvement
- Partner closely with Operations and Clinical leaders to improve service delivery and patient experience
- Remove barriers, resolve challenges, and identify opportunities to strengthen market performance
- Ensure alignment between sales strategy and operational execution
- Lead from the front with visibility, accountability, and urgency
- Foster collaboration while maintaining high performance standards
- Build trust with internal teams and external referral partners
You are someone who:

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Minimum 3+ years of healthcare sales experience, including direct referral relationship management
