Assistant Site Leader (ASL) – Glide Xpress Car Wash, Southaven, MS | Full‑Time | $40,000 base salary + performance bonuses

• Lead shifts and set the tone for performance and energy
• Train and coach team members to deliver a top‑tier customer experience
• Own site presentation, sparkle, and operational standards
• Handle real‑time problem solving (customers, team, operations)
• Open/close the site and ensure it runs efficiently
• Support sales and membership growth
• Assist with local marketing and community partnerships
• Step up when needed—leaders do not wait to be asked

• Leadership experience (or a clear readiness for it)
• Ability to take initiative without being told
