Quality Engineering, QA Specialist / Manager
Based in Southaven, MS, the Quality Associate plays an essential role in ensuring our products and processes meet the highest standards. This position supports operational excellence by conducting audits, documenting findings, and collaborating across departments to strengthen accuracy, consistency, and compliance. You will work closely with teams throughout the facility to verify stock, support quality investigations, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
InThis Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Audit random bins and built kits to verify accuracy.
- Document all errors and findings in a spreadsheet with attention to detail.
- Support cross‑training activities in other departments, including Receiving and Kitting.
You notice even small details that others might miss and use them to improve processes and outcomes. You approach challenges with curiosity, gather input from others, and adjust your approach when new information emerges. You communicate clearly and openly, creating trust and alignment with partners across the facility. You take ownership of your commitments, follow through reliably, and build positive working relationships that support shared goals.
ForThis Role, You Will Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1 year of warehouse experience or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of electrical assembly experience (required).
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Strong communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to follow clear instructions.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to read and follow established processes and policies.
- Problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs; tools are available to assist with heavier items.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
- Working knowledge of JD Edwards or other warehouse management systems.
- Previous experience in a quality‑focused role.
