General Laborer - Southaven

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Laborer to work with a leading apparel company in Southaven. This role involves ensuring products are accurately packed and prepared for delivery while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
Shift Patterns

• Front Half Nights:
  Sunday–Wednesday, 5:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m.
• Every other week you will not work on Wednesday.

• 18.00 USD hourly

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule.
• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site.
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed.
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes.

• Accurately pack products into shipping boxes for delivery.
• Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers.
• Handle items carefully to avoid product damage.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Maintain a focus on safety, punctuality, and deadlines throughout the shift.
