We're hiring TIG Welders to work on precision components using GTAW techniques on aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, and other exotic alloys.
What You'll Do- Perform TIG (GTAW) welding on thin-walled, precision components to tight dimensional tolerances
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T, and Welding Procedure Specifications
- Set up and operate welding equipment, including orbital welding systems, jigs, and fixtures
- Conduct weld inspections and maintain accurate documentation of weld parameters and results
- Support quality audits and maintain compliance with industry welding standards
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety protocols
- Minimum 5 years of welding experience in a precision manufacturing environment
- Proven skill with thin materials and exotic alloys
- AWS Certified Welder to D17.1, or equivalent
- Ability to read GD&T and blueprints
- Proficiency with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers)
- High school diploma or GED; technical welding training preferred
