ResponsibilitiesAs an RN Unit Manager (Rehab Unit), you’ll have the opportunity to provide leadership and support to the care team, ensure patient/resident needs are met, and evaluate team performance. You’ll also have the chance to work directly with care team members to provide compassionate and professional care.
Qualifications- Current license by the State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse with experience in the long‑term care industry preferred.
- Ability to plan, evaluate and coordinate services.
- Experience in triaging tasks, supervision of nursing team members and coordination of services to provide the optimum resident and patient experience.
