• Perform accurate patient assessments and provide appropriate care based on medical condition and age.
• Administer prescribed medications and assist with procedures, utilizing technical and manual skills.
• Develop and evaluate patient and family education plans, including psychosocial support.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Promote safety and efficient use of resources, prioritizing patient needs effectively.
• Maintain lifelong learning and professional growth.

• Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant clinical experience or in a specialty area, with recent continuing education hours.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Computer literacy required; additional certifications such as BLS, ACLS/PALS preferred.
• Licensure as an RN required within 14 days of hire.
