Key Responsibilities- Accurately assesses patients based on their medical condition.
- Administers prescribed medications and provides age-appropriate care.
- Develops and evaluates patient and family teaching plans.
- Utilizes nursing knowledge for treatments and services.
- Communicates effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Assists with procedures, demonstrating technical skills.
- Addresses psychosocial needs and collaborates with social services.
- Practices cost-effectiveness and promotes patient safety.
- Engages in lifelong learning to enhance nursing expertise.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
- Computer literacy required; ACLS/PALS certifications preferred.
