West Cancer Center is seeking an Oncology Nurse Navigator to coordinate patient care across the cancer treatment continuum, addressing physical, emotional, and social needs while collaborating with care teams to remove barriers to timely, high-quality care. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with at least 1 year of nursing experience and an active RN license.
BLS is required; OCN certification within 2 years of hire is expected.
