• Assess patients accurately based on their condition
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Provide age-appropriate care and self-care support
• Develop and evaluate patient and family teaching plans
• Utilize nursing knowledge for treatments and services
• Collaborate with the healthcare team
• Assist physicians with procedures
• Address psychosocial needs and communicate with social services
• Practice cost-effective resource management
• Prioritize patient care effectively and promote safety
• Engage in lifelong professional learning

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Computer literacy
• Current RN licensure
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire
• Preferred: ACLS/PALS certifications
