Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific patient group to support quality care outcomes. Engages in service functions and effective communication with staff, patients, and visitors. Performs additional duties as assigned.
Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific patient group to support quality care outcomes. Engages in service functions and effective communication with staff, patients, and visitors. Performs additional duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities- Assesses patients under RN guidance.
- Contributes to developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Executes and evaluates care plans as directed by RN.
- Supports patient care activities and assists nursing staff.
- Participates in initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery.
- Builds clinical leadership knowledge and engages in ongoing education.
- Completes assigned goals efficiently.
- Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure; must obtain BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
- Computer literacy required; additional training and certifications preferred.
