Nurse Practitioner MS license

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to lead the medical operations at our Blood Plasma Bank Center. As a key team member, you will ensure high-quality patient care while adhering to regulatory and safety guidelines. You will manage donor screenings and oversee the health of plasma donors. The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare, has a proven track record, and aligns with our client’s mission.

• Provide comprehensive patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and consultations.
• Oversee plasma donor screenings and health assessments.
• Ensure compliance with FDA and health regulations.
• Train staff on medical protocols and guidelines.
• Address health concerns related to donors.
• Implement safety measures to ensure a secure environment for both staff and donors.

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Mississippi.
• Master’s degree in Nursing.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of FDA and OSHA regulations is preferred.
• Experience in a plasma or blood collection facility is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage confidential information.
• Proven leadership abilities and expertise in clinical protocols.
