Job Description

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years CVOR RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this travel role, you will expand your nursing career by working closely with diverse surgical teams in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR). You’ll gain hands‑on experience with different procedures, equipment, and care protocols, each presenting valuable learning opportunities. Hours:

• Travel assignment (length to be discussed during onboarding)
• Flexible scheduling as typical of travel positions

Qualifications:

• Valid and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 2 years' recent RN-CVOR experience preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Adaptability and comfort in a high‑acuity, fast‑paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of cardiovascular surgical procedures
• Coordinate care with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and technical staff
• Monitor patient safety and comfort before, during, and after procedures
• Uphold strict sterile techniques and infection control standards
• Document care accurately and thoroughly

$2,904 - $3,072/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
