Qualifications necessary:- Active MS Nursing License (no suspensions or current disciplines)
- 1 year nursing experience (preferred)
- Clean background check
- TB skin test (up to date within 1 year)
- 2 forms of identification
LPN Needed
: 12 hour Rotating Shifts;
Monday-Sunday
