The Luxe of Southaven is seeking a dedicated and reliable Groundskeeper to maintain the outdoor areas of our property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the grounds are clean, attractive, and well-maintained to provide a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
Responsibilities- Perform routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and watering.
- Maintain cleanliness of walkways, parking lots, and outdoor common areas.
- Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues related to the grounds.
- Follow schedules and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of duties.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work demands and schedules.
- Highly organized with strong prioritization skills.
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping is a plus.
