Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll also lead departments, support the General Manager, and manage systems such as training, food safety, inventory management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results to your crew and fellow managers.

Prior McDonald’s Department Manager Experience Is Preferred.
